We want you to love your purchase and feel completely satisfied with your experience. Because of the nature of our products, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and quality.
1. General Policy
Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We will gladly accept returns or replacements for:

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

4. Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it with the same or a similar item of equal value. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product was defective.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to help initiate a claim or replacement where possible.
